Angelica Therese Bengtsson, a Swedish athlete who specializes in pole vaulting, is an excellent athlete in track and field. She was the very first winner of the pole vault at the very first Summer Youth Olympics in Singapore in 2010. Bengtsson was awarded gold medals at the 2009 World Youth Championships and the 2010 World Junior Championships in Athletics. Angelica Panganiban is a Quezon City native of Payatas on November 4, 1986. Her biological mother is a Filipina who died in 2008 and was interred in Singapore as her father Mark Charlson is an American who hails from Iowa United States and a past member of the US Navy. Her father of birth, Mark Charlson is a retired U.S. Navy man from Iowa, United States; who, in the mid-1980's was in the U.S.S. O'Brien which was in the Philippines.
