Her birth name is Christina Haack in Anaheim, California on July 9 1983. Her first job was as a real estate agent after she graduated from high school. This is where she met Tarek. After the 2008 crash of the stock market many investors in real estate and house flippers lost their money. Tarek El Moussa nearly eliminated in the 2008 financial crisis. The couple went from a $6,000 monthly home to a $700/month apartment. Their business as well as the economy overall slowly regenerated. HGTV and Rise to Fame In 2011 Tarek requested a colleague to assist him in creating an HGTV audition tape that showed him and Christina flipping a house from start to finish. The tape ended up in the executive offices of a production company called Pie Town Productions. The couple fell in love Tarek and Christina. The agreement was made by the couple to HGTV. "Flip of Flop" w premiered in April 2013. The series aired 92 episodes between 2013 until 2017. Christina and Tarek from the show, who were as the main characters, were able to purchase properties, which were typically mid-income properties in Orange County. Tarek concentrates on removal and remodeling, and Christina is responsible for designing. Christina also makes sure that everything runs on time.
